Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at support@vuroni.com and we will do our best to assist you.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@vuroni.com and we will resend your confirmation.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $69 are charged a flat rate of $9.99.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@vuroni.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind reasons. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. Your payment information is encrypted and we do not store your full card details.
Privacy
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.
How can I opt out of marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us at support@vuroni.com.
