Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is in new, unworn condition
  • Original tags are attached and intact
  • Item has not been washed or altered

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error or a shipping issue, we will gladly arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at support@vuroni.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return shipping address.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence at support@vuroni.com. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
